Core autofill features are always free. We make money through premium features like AI-powered matching and advanced analytics. We never sell your data.
How does the extension work?
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. When you visit a job application, click the extension and it will fill fields from your saved profile. Create an account to sync templates and access advanced features.
What data do you collect?
Résumés you save to your account — work history and contact details included — are stored on our servers so they sync across your devices. The extension can hold one résumé in your browser instead; that one stays on your device until you choose to save it. Your account also keeps a record of the job applications you fill with the extension and, for each practice interview, the job description you paste, the written transcript and your feedback. We don't keep the interview audio. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and we never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Which job platforms are supported?
The extension works on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, and any other site with a standard application form. Our smart field detection handles any job application form — simple, custom, or multi-step. If the site has a form, we can fill it.
Will companies know I'm using autofill?
No. The extension fills forms just like you would manually—there's no detectable flag that indicates autofill was used.
Can I use different information for different jobs?
Yes. The résumé manager lets you keep multiple résumés on file, set a default, and switch between them to tailor applications for different roles. Free includes 2 résumés; the Hunt and Interview plans extend to 5 — one per role type. If your subscription ever lapses, you keep what you uploaded — we don’t delete excess on downgrade.
Can I save my resumes in the cloud?
Yes — when you're signed in, you can save resumes to your account. Resumes are stored securely and will sync across your devices so you can apply from anywhere.
Can anonymous visitors save resumes to the cloud?
No. Anonymous or guest edits are kept locally in your browser. To save and sync resumes across devices you must create an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our payment provider. Receipts are emailed and you can manage billing from your account settings.
Do you offer a free trial?
You can try Apply free, with no card. Every account includes 2 audio interviews to try, and basic autofill is free for as long as you use it. AI-powered field matching comes with the Hunt and Interview plans, and the Interview plan includes 20 audio interviews a month. Paid plans start, and bill, the day you subscribe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Canceling stops future renewals; your paid features continue until the end of the current billing period.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices and receipts are available in your account billing settings and are emailed to the address on file after each successful payment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account settings; upgrades take effect immediately, and prorations are handled by the payment provider.
