Where to find subscription, billing, and invoice settings in your Apply account.
This page explains the user-facing steps to manage your account and billing.
Where to find account settings
- Sign in and open the web dashboard or click the account avatar in the extension.
- Go to "Settings" to update your profile information.
- Go to "Billing" to view plans, subscriptions, and invoices.
Managing subscriptions
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; prorations are handled by the payment provider.
- To cancel a subscription, visit Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.
Invoices and receipts
- Receipts are emailed to the address on your account after every successful payment.
- You can download past invoices from the Billing → Invoices section.
Troubleshooting
